This is a meditation that connects you with your lower belly. The intention is to tap into the voice of your lower belly, the center of creativity.
If you have experienced trauma or are holding painful experiences in this space, other voices, emotions, and energy may come up first.
Be present to the transience of the voice, emotion, or energy. Release it as best you can though the breath. Use the journal prompts below to support the processing of your experience.
